German Pancakes

My family has always loved these pancakes, which puff up in the oven and are buttery and heavenly. =)

6 tablespoons butter
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 375 degrees.  Melt butter in 9X13 inch pan until bubbly.  Mix other ingredients together and pour into bubbly butter.  Bake for 25 minutes and serve with syrup or other pancake topping.

Tonight I made more batter and have added cheese to the big portion for dinner, and will add brown sugar to the other, for a "dessert."  I'll let you know how it goes...
